Disclaimer

All by sam candles are handmade in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Your total wait time will be processing + delivery.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We currently offer the following shipping options:

 

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

Available for all domestic orders

 

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Additional cost at checkout

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. These are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

 

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation email.

 

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship to all 50 US states. Free standard shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount — please check our website for current promotions.

Every by sam order is carefully packaged to protect your candles during transit. We use protective wrapping and sturdy boxes to minimize the risk of damage. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

By sam is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been dispatched and are in the carrier's possession. However, we will always do our best to help.

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

  • Check your tracking number for the latest update

  • Check with neighbours or your local post office

  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

 

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 or more business days, please contact us at bysabsandmom@gmail.com and we will assist you in investigating with the carrier.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please note that by sam is unable to issue replacements or refunds in these cases. We recommend contacting the carrier and checking with your local delivery office.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. By sam is not responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at bysabsandmom@gmail.com. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is being processed.
