products

All candles are handmade in small batches. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, scent, and appearance may occur between batches. These variations are not considered defects.

Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly represent the final product you receive.

orders & payments

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. By Sam reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

shipping & delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

By Sam is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

By Sam is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

returns & refunds

Due to the nature of our handmade candle products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with:

Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. We do not offer cash refunds except where required by law.

candle safety & product disclaimer

All By Sam candles must be used responsibly. By purchasing our products, you agree to follow these safety guidelines:

Never leave a burning candle unattended
Keep candles away from children and pets
Keep away from flammable materials
Burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface
Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
Stop use when only 1/2 inch of wax remains

By Sam is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use of our candles. Full safety instructions are included with every order.

allergies & sensitivites

Our candles contain fragrance oils, soy wax, and other materials that may cause reactions in sensitive individuals. A full ingredient list is available upon request. By Sam is not responsible for any allergic reactions resulting from use of our products.

All content on the By Sam website, including product names, descriptions, logos, photography, and branding, is the property of By Sam and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
